- Wabi Sabi
Elegant and refined, the Wabi Sabi package focuses on Japanese teas. We will prepare, brew and taste three exquisite organic Japanese teas — including sencha and gyokuru.
- Slow Burn
Warm and cosy, the Slow Burn package features hot, dark teas that energise and comfort. Perfect for later hours, sparking a creative light, or accompanied with fiery food. Always includes puerh and two other warming brews.
- Adventure Hill
Exciting and exclusive, the Adventure Hill package features two different tea brewing methods from various parts of the world, plus one special tea varying by month. Perfect for tea lovers who wish to experience something new.
- Monastery
Serene and tranquil, the Monastery package is perfect for a restart and retreat. Quiet and full of pondering, we will brew a beautiful pai mu dan, one locally sourced and handpicked herbal infusion and a special Nami Tea House blend for relaxation and wellness.
All tea tasting sessions last up to 90 minutes and include three carefully sourced teas. Tea tastings are a wonderful addition to a private dinner, celebration or any other occasion that needs a touch of something
- Tea 101: Your Introduction to the World of Tea
Tea 101 will give you an overview of the tea plant, different tea types, traditions and brewing methods. We will taste different teas, look into why and how water is important, learn about the traditions and customs of the world of tea. You will find out why green tea is sometimes bitter, why the Brits used silver for the teaware and why black tea is called red in China.
- Brewer’s Mist: Tea for the Tea Enthusiast
This is an intermediate tea course, perfect if your group already knows and loves tea and is ready to bring their knowledge to the next level! You will enjoy an evening filled with learning and discussion about tea, together with practicing brewing and degustating organic, high quality teas.
- World of Tea: the Explorer
Perfect for beginners and connoisseurs alike, the World of Tea Explorer class will take you through three different locations/traditions of tea, introducing the customs, tools and teas associated with these cultures. Perfect for celebrations, hen-dos, birthdays, showers etc.

- Matcha
Our matcha masterclass focuses first on the history and tradition of matcha — the origins, how it is produced and how it is used in the modern day; then, you will learn how to brew and prepare a matchawan full of authentic matcha! We only use locally sourced ceremonial-grade matcha.
- World of Tea: the Adventurer
Upgraded version of The Explorer, this package features five different teas and tea traditions from all around the world. You will be able to choose your destinations before your event and embark on a trip filled with adventure and experiment. Perfect for team building events and retreats!
- Glimpse of Gong Fu Cha
We will look at the gong fu tea ceremony, learn about its origins and customs, and try out brewing and serving gong fu style. If you are celebrating, you can book this masterclass with a special note and we will guide you to be the tea master! Perfect for corporate events and hosting business partners.
- Hot Water on Leaves
This 2,5h expert level masterclass is focused on the chemical reactions in tea brewing and is meant for true tea connoisseurs. Very good fit for specialised tea dinners and luxury events.
- Tea Introduction + Chawan Making SPECIAL!
Special collaboration between Ceraphim Atelier and Nami Tea House, this masterclass combines an introduction to tea with the opportunity to make your own tea bowl! Intimate and wholesome, this masterclass is perfect for any group and results in a beautiful, handcrafted memento for all participants.
Our tea masterclasses are excellent for tea lovers and groups who wish to go deeper or are passionate about certain aspects of tea. All of the masterclasses offer visual appeal and are great for corporate events, team building and hosting guests. Price for 6 people:
We offer tea trainings for HoReCa, specialised shops and other organisations who wish to train their team in tea. All tea trainings last 3 academic hours and include all materials, teas and tools on site.
Level 1: Tea Basics is an introductory course that outlines the history of tea, gives an overview of the tea plant and its uses and explains the basic different types of tea.
Level 2: Tea Knowledge is an intermediate course for groups that already have an understanding of tea and would like to explore the plant and its traditions a little bit deeper. We will taste more adventurous teas and learn about different teas in-depth.
Level 3: Tea Enthusiast is an advanced course for people who have completed the previous courses (or are already knowledgeable on tea). We will go into detail, look at different traditions, talk about the pour and exchange experiences.
Our tea trainings are designed for knowledge transfer and are perfect for HoReCa, spas and other facilities who wish to excel at tea service. If we become your tea supplier, first level tea training is always complimentary for your team.
